Introduction
Ridens is an EU public affairs and business consultancy practice which takes pride in providing personalised, high-level counsel. Our consultants have extensive experience in a wide range of sectors and policy issues. Our offices are located in Brussels, the home of the European institutions, and just a stone’s throw away from the European Parliament and other EU buildings.
We are currently seeking to recruit a full-time motivated Junior Public Affairs Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director.
Profile
-
Working knowledge of EU affairs (EU Institutions, Consultancy, Trade Association, NGO)
-
Graduate Degree: European Studies, Public Affairs, Law, Political Science or equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Ability to work as part of an International team, as well as individually on set tasks

Full working proficiency in written and spoken English required, with other languages considered an asset

Organised, with an attention to detail

Experience of Account Management (Desirable)

Currently living in Brussels
Responsibilities

Political & regulatory monitoring
-
Attending & reporting on external events
-
Drafting & Disseminating Monthly Reports

Drafting position papers, letters, press releases for clients

Advocating on behalf of clients
-
Arranging high-level meetings on behalf of clients
